If you or your loved one is suffering from the disease of alcoholism or other drug addiction, Gateway Rehabilitation Center (a not-for-profit organization) offers addiction treatment that works -- in 20 locations throughout western Pennsylvania and Ohio. Since 1972, our compassionate staff and nationally renowned services have helped more than 100,000 men, women, young adults and youth find recovery from chemical dependencies and hope for a second chance at life.
We provide comprehensive alcohol and other drug addiction treatment, prevention and recovery services for: adult men and women, educators, employers, families, healthcare professionals, parents, students, youth and young adults.
Gateway: A Comprehensive System of Services
Gateway Rehabilitation Center offers wide-ranging care and alcohol and other drug treatment that works -- in four divisions and 20 locations throughout western Pennsylvania and Ohio.
Gateway’s four divisions comprise: Gateway Genesis, which encompasses treatment and prevention programs; Gateway Extended Care Division, which includes two, 25-bed halfway houses for men and a 24-bed halfway house for male adolescents, ages 13-20; Gateway Corrections, which provides treatment for those who have experienced legal difficulties as a result of their abuse of alcohol and other drugs; and the Ohio Division consisting of Neil Kennedy Recovery Clinic, a subsidiary of Gateway Rehabilitation Center.
EXTENDED CARE DIVISION (halfway houses):
The Halfway House programs provide an opportunity for newly recovering males to practice daily recovery skills in a supportive home environment while facing the challenges of everyday life. While keeping 12-step recovery a priority, the halfway house services also focus on life skills such as employment, education, budgeting and family relationships.
